I love this video!
Wow! I finally got this. I didn't realize that this was a video - thought it was the ad for giving to classrooms. I'm glad I finally paid attention. It was a great video/speech. So young and full of promise for the future!!
Makes me sad too because it was only this week that I read a report my daughter wrote about Veteran's and how people of the U.S. take their freedom for granted. I didn't realize she had such knowledge or maturity to even notice these things. I have to realize that she's not just my 12-year-old girl. She's growing up. She's still my baby but she's a budding young lady that is quite capable of more than I give her credit for. WOW!
Niffer: She's been forced to deal with more than most because her step-dad is in the military and was away for over a year. That must have been very tough on her and it's that kind of stuff that makes us all grow up sooner than later. Marissa seems to be a very sweet and talented young lady and I'm sorry I missed the chance to get to know her! You've done good mom! ;)
